SomniLife Web3 Voting System Launch
Today we put one more stone in the construction of our paradise for communities: The voting system.
With this system, any project or individual, will be able to send voting proposals about anything. Community governance, market prediction, opinion poll, and many more.
During the current beta version period, only whitelisted addresses will be able to submit voting proposals, but in the near future it will be extended to a variety of ways of using it.
The advantages of the Somnilife Voting System is that it takes advantage of the power of web3 to count not only votes that are positioned in favor of an option, but also the sum of the assets of the wallets that count those votes. So you have much more information of the voters behind a proposal, especially how much money backed an option.
This is just the beginning. We will keep enriching our voting system to support the needs in the world of web3 and metaverse.
Participating in the SomniLife voting system is very easy. Follow these steps!
1. Connect to somnilife.com/voting, or access Voting from the menu.
2. Check voting proposals in the voting page
In the voting page you can see all the votes, as well as their status to see if they are open or closed.
Next to each of the proposals, if they are still open, you will see a “Vote Now” button that will allow you to participate in the vote.
You can enter the proposal to see the results and the web3 data related to the votes.
3. Create your own proposal — available only for whitelisted addresses during Beta period.
In the voting page you will find the button to create your own voting proposal.
Once you click on “Make a proposal” you will need to fill out a simple proposal form.
By clicking the submit button after you fill out the form, your proposal will be live. Don’t hesitate to share the link through your social network if you want your vote to be more popular.
